This is an interview I did last April with Jim Hardin, President of the Coastal Conservation Association of North Carolina about the Game Fish Status bill (HB353).
Listen to the beginning of segment two as Mr.Hardin says repeatedly that the best bay to manage the fishery is to take the price off the fishes head. BUT the entire arguement for gamefish by the CCA is that the price on the fishes head is greater for them.
